Quick/Easy/Basically Healthy

Dinner had to be quick tonight.  

Scrambled egg sammich on that Arnold double fiber bread.  I added a little shredded mozarella cheese and a couple drops of Tobasco sauce for fun.  Ketchup is the condiment of choice.  Sorry if that grosses anyone out, but that's how I grew up eating scrambled egg sandwiches.   

Have you noticed a "fiber" theme in my posts?  My logic, if you can call it that is that if I keep plenty of fiber rolling through me, then my body will forgive me the occasional sin of Carbohydrates and chocolate.  Seems to work.  My cholesterol is never a problem.  

That's all for today.  Don't forget:  There's no such thing as too much cheese!
